  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup ripe mango chopped
  • 1/3 cup ripe strawberries chopped
  • optional for adults: drizzle of condensed milk
  • lightly toasted low-sodium bread on the side


  1. In a bowl, mash avocado until a smooth texture is achieved. Mix in lemon juice.
  2. Add mango and strawberries. Gently combine.
  3. Serve the fruity avocado dip with toasted bread strips.
