Peach Oat Waffles

These waffles are lightly sweet and flavorful. Serve with softened butter on top.

  • 1 cup frozen peaches defrosted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup instant oats plain
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp sugar


  1. Blend peach, eggs, olive oil, and milk until smooth in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, add flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Try not to overmix.
  4. Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat. Spray with oil. Pour batter onto waffle iron and cook until browned on both sides.

Recipe Notes

For this recipe, do not use old-fashioned rolled oats. Use unflavored instant oats such as Nature's Path Quick Oats.
