Edamame hummus

Garlic-y edamame hummus. Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup ready-to-eat shelled edamame 9 oz
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 limes juice of
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all the above except olive oil in a food processor until the mixture turns smooth.

  2. Add olive oil to the food processor and pulse a few times to incorporate.
