Roasted Carrots and Bell Peppers

a. Preheat the oven to 475F.

b. Make sure the carrots|bell peppers are dry. Cut them into thin strips.

c. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt. Toss to coat.

d. Spread out the carrots|peppers on a baking sheet trying not to overlap the pieces as best as you can.

e. Bake for 10 minutes.

f. Toss and spread the carrots|peppers with a spatula.

g. Bake for additional 5-10 minutes depending on your oven.
