Chickpea Tuna Salad Sandwich

This chickpea tuna salad is a great way to sneak some beans into my kids’ diet because it ends up tasting just like regular tuna salad, which they love. I love to make a pocket sandwich with homemade flatbread and add some lettuce and pickled onions.
