Air Fryer Pears
These air fryer pears are so versatile you can enjoy them any time of day! Add to Greek yogurt for a delicious breakfast or an afternoon snack, or serve them with ice cream for a simple yet elevated dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salted butter melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 15 oz canned pear halves in juice, drained*
- Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add pear halves and gently toss to coat with butter mixture. Let the pear halves sit for 5 minutes.

Carefully place the pear halves in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up. Cook for 10 minutes at 375 F.

Spoon the remaining butter mixture on top of the pear halves. Cook for 2~6 minutes at 400 F until the edges turn caramelized and crispy. Check at a minute interval as air fryer machines can vary in temperature.

Serve air-fried pears on top of Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy.
